Sheirin

As children we are told that dreams come true, but what happens if they don’t? We exist, of course, but how, in what way? Are each of us flesh-and-blood human beings, or are some of us living in a feverish, complicated nightmare? Meet Sheirin, a young woman by all appearances, but who is in reality over 125 years old. Trying to live a normal life and blend in, she has inside her the power to incinerate cities, a power that she struggles to keep under control as she is forced to keep reinventing her life while those around her wither and age. Join us, as we give you five.
