Henry Mudd, a once mild-mannered man, finds himself transformed into a terrifying monster after being left for dead in a lake of toxic sludge. Fueled by a burning desire to punish those responsible, he takes on the guise of a vigilante. As he battles his inner demons, he must also evade the authorities who see him as a threat.
