Henry Mudd, a once mild-mannered man finds himself transformed into a terrifying monster after being left for dead in a lake of toxic sludge. Fueled by a burning desire to punish those responsible, he takes on the guise of a vigilante and sets out for vengeance. But as he battles his inner demons and struggles to control his newfound powers, he must also evade the authorities who see him as a dangerous threat to society.
