Hello everyone!
This is a pretty sick little story that Sona and I pitched the concept to a Jekyll-and-Hyde concept anthology probably 10 years ago. It wasn’t accepted but the idea lingered, evolved a bit, and we finally had to get it out of our system. For the record, JW worked in a “Jesus of the Orangutans” idea from all the way back in high school.
After five back-to-back issues of Gimme Five Comics, this was a leisurely departure to a darker place. Apologies for the delay in posting material, but we have a plan to get more work to you soon, in large part thanks to the creative spirit and huge talent of JP Torres. And, of course, Scott Eckelaert.
The foul odor of Opioid Henry will soon be replaced by spicy smells cooked up by these two Skilletfire chefs!
